KARVEX is a curated e-commerce brand operating from Dhaka, Bangladesh. When we say “we”, “us” or “KARVEX”, that’s who we mean. You can always reach us at officialkarvex@gmail.com.

Every product is described and photographed as accurately as we can. Colors may vary slightly across screens; minor differences are not defects.

Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable local charges unless stated otherwise. We may change prices between visits, but never after you’ve placed an order.

An order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance happens when we confirm your order by email or phone. We may decline or cancel an order — for example due to a stock error or suspected fraud — and will always refund anything you’ve paid in that case.

We confirm Cash on Delivery orders by phone before dispatch. Unreachable numbers may delay or cancel the order.

Cash on Delivery is available nationwide. Online payments (bKash, Nagad, cards) are processed by certified third-party gateways; KARVEX never sees or stores your payment credentials.

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Accounts created with false information, or used to abuse promotions, may be suspended. You can delete your account at any time from Settings or by contacting us.

You agree not to misuse the platform: no scraping beyond personal use, no interference with the service, no fraudulent orders or abuse of discount systems. We protect our community and will act on abuse.

The KARVEX name, logo artwork, and all site content belong to KARVEX or its partners. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without written permission.

To the extent permitted by the laws of Bangladesh, KARVEX’s liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, after a good-faith attempt to resolve things directly — we’d honestly rather just fix the problem.
