Order information: your name, phone number, email and delivery address — everything needed to deliver your order and support you afterwards.

Account information (optional): your email, name and saved addresses if you create an account.

Usage information: anonymized page views and shopping events that help us improve the store. Analytics only activates where you see it functioning, and never includes payment credentials.

To process, confirm, deliver and support your orders.

To send transactional messages — order confirmations, shipping updates, password resets. Marketing emails are optional; every one includes a working unsubscribe.

To prevent fraud and keep the platform secure.

We never sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing.

We never store card numbers or mobile-banking PINs on our servers — payment credentials stay inside certified payment gateways.

We use a small set of cookies: a secure session cookie (if you sign in), your cart and wishlist (stored on your device), and optional analytics cookies. Blocking cookies won’t stop you from shopping with cash on delivery.

We share only what’s necessary with the partners who complete your order: courier services (name, phone, address) and payment gateways (transaction details). Email delivery is handled by our email provider. Each partner is bound by their own certified data-protection terms.

You may request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing officialkarvex@gmail.com. We respond within 7 days.

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are hashed with bcrypt, sessions use signed httpOnly cookies, and administrative access is role-based and logged. No method is perfect, but we engineer to a standard, not a checkbox.
