KARVEX delivers nationwide — all 64 districts of Bangladesh. We work with trusted courier partners selected for reliability and careful handling.

If your area is outside regular courier coverage, our team will contact you to arrange the nearest pickup point.

Inside Dhaka: 24–48 hours from order confirmation.

Nationwide: 2–4 days from order confirmation.

Orders placed after 6 PM begin processing the next business day. During campaigns and Eid seasons, allow up to one extra day — we’ll always keep you posted.

Inside Dhaka: ৳60. Nationwide: ৳120.

Complimentary delivery on all orders over ৳8,000 — applied automatically at checkout.

Every order includes live tracking. Use the Track Order page with your order number and the phone number or email used at checkout. Customers with accounts see tracking on their dashboard automatically.

Every product is inspected, then packed by hand with protective materials. Sneakers ship in their boxes; electronics ship with additional cushioning. If your package arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and contact us immediately — we’ll take care of the rest.

Our courier will attempt delivery up to three times and call before arriving. If all attempts fail, the order returns to our studio and we’ll contact you to reschedule or refund.
